(Portland, OR)  --  Fire officials are crediting a building's sprinkler system with dousing a commercial fire in Southeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the Precision Castparts building at Southeast Harney and Johnson Creek Boulevard yesterday morning.  Fire officials say the blaze was sparked by a broken steam pipe that created an electrical hazard.
