(Portland, OR)  --  Transportation authorities are shutting down a portion of Southeast 20th Avenue for about a month starting today due to a sewer construction project.  Crews are closing down the avenue between East Burnside and Southeast Stark Street for up to 30 days.  No cars or bikes will be allowed on the road, but the sidewalk will remain open to pedestrians.
