(Salem, OR)  --  A couple of people are displaced following a grease fire at a home in Salem.  Firefighters responded to the apartment on Hollywood Drive Northeast Saturday night.  Investigators say the blaze started in the kitchen.  The American Red Cross is assisting the two residents displaced.
