(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man shot to death in a Northeast Portland park.  Police say 25-year-old Cody Oller of Portland was shot and killed Monday night.  Police found his body in Fernhill Park after being called to the area on reports of gunfire.  Police are still looking for a suspect.
