(Portland, OR)  --  A Milwaukie man is facing charges after allegedly leading police on a chase in a stolen car.  Police arrested Robert Joseph Young yesterday afternoon in Oregon City.  Police say the chase began when they tried to pull Young over for running a red light.  Young allegedly struck an Oregon City police car during the chase, but no injuries were reported.
