(Portland, OR)  --  A Springfield man is facing a murder charge in connection to a deadly shooting at an apartment.  Police say 23-year-old Jordan Ledbetter shot and killed a man inside the apartment on West Centennial Boulevard Saturday night.  Two other people were injured in the shooting.  An investigation is ongoing.
