(Seattle, WA)  --  Amazon is expanding in Portland.  GeekWire reports the online retail giant's software company AWS Elemental is set to sign a lease taking over several floors of the Broadway Tower in downtown Portland.  Construction on the Broadway Tower is expected to be completed later this fall.
