(Portland, OR)  --  A new gay dance club is going up in the former Embers space.  Willamette Week reports the new owner TJ Bruce plans to open a new club called Badlands sometime this summer.  Embers was one of Portland's longest running gay bars until it closed unexpectedly last month.
