(Portland, OR)  --  The search is over for a pair of puppies that were stolen and then abandoned in Cornelius.  Police say a couple alert citizens found the missing American bully dog pups yesterday and called police, who returned the dogs to their owner.  Washington County sheriff's deputies say an 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of taking the dogs earlier this week after they got out of a yard enclosure.  He said he let them go near the railroad tracks around North 26th Avenue and Fremont Street.
