(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect in connection to a string of car break-ins in Salem.  Police believe 34-year-old Christopher Smith was seen breaking into vehicles and stealing things in a South Salem neighborhood Sunday.  An ATV and trailer are among the items he's accused of stealing.
