(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is out of the running for Amazon's second headquarters location.  Yesterday, Amazon announced a list of 20 cities competing for the headquarters, including Toronto, Canada. Los Angeles is the only West Coast city to make the list.  Nearly 240 cities submitted proposals.  Amazon expects to decide on the winning city this year.
