(Portland, OR)  --  Police in Columbia County say they've arrested a Kelso man accused of child rape and sexual abuse.  Police say Erick W. Itza-Briceno sexually abused three children.  The most recent abuse allegedly occurred two and a half years ago at a home on Fisher Lane in the St. Helens area.  Itza-Briceno is facing eight counts of first-degree rape and two counts of sexual abuse.
