(Portland, OR)  --  A McMinnville woman is facing charges for the death of her seven-week-old infant daughter.  Police arrested Clely Flores-Ramirez yesterday on charges of first-degree manslaughter and first-degree criminal mistreatment.  Police say Flores-Ramirez's baby died of abusive head trauma.
