(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to the September shooting death of a man in Southeast Portland.  Police arrested Lorenzo Jones Friday while conducting a traffic stop in Eugene.  Investigators believe Jones shot and killed Wilbert Butler at a party September 17th.  He's facing charges of murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
