(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a shooting that left one person critically injured downtown.  Police responded to the area of Southwest 4th Avenue and Stark Street yesterday evening on reports of a disturbance.  Arriving officers took one person to the hospital with gunshot wounds.  Witnesses say there was a car crash just before the shots rang out.
