(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing more than eight decades behind bars for child sex abuse.  A Washington County judge has sentenced 49-year-old Kevin Wayne Randolph to 81 years in prison for the sexual abuse of two of his young family members more than five years ago.  Randolph was convicted in November.  The victims ranged in age from between six- and eleven-years-old and two- and three-years-old.
