(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead following a shooting at a Salem apartment complex.  Police responded to the Columbia Village Apartments in the 3600 block of Fisher Road Northeast yesterday evening on reports of gunfire.  Witnesses say they heard three or four gunshots and someone screaming.  Police are expected to release further details sometime today.
