(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Department of Transportation is apologizing after issuing a false alert about a plane crash.  A spokesman for ODOT says they made a mistake when they put out an alert yesterday saying there was a plane crash on I-5 near the Marquam Bridge.  ODOT says the mistake was due to human error.
