(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identities of the drivers involved in a deadly crash in Sandy.  Police say 71-year-old Edward K. Alstat was killed Friday morning in the crash on Highway 26.  Forty-nine-year-old Daniel A. McIntosh was driving the commercial truck that was involved in the crash.  Investigators believe Alstat suffered a medical emergency just before the crash happened.
