(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man accused of robbing a bank in Northwest Portland.  Police say the man entered a Home Street Bank on Northwest 23rd Avenue yesterday evening and handed the teller a note demanding money.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
