(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a missing Vancouver teen.  Police say 16-year-old Katie Moreno-Garcia disappeared yesterday after leaving her home in east Vancouver.  She was last seen in a white t-shirt with black jeans and a silver necklace featuring two rings.
