(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Audubon Society is investigating the deaths of more than a dozen crows they say "literally" dropped out of the sky.  Bob Sallinger with the Portland Audubon tells KATU the birds started dropping out of the sky and dying on the ground this week.  The first dead crows were discovered Tuesday near the intersection of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Northeast Ainsworth Street.  About a dozen more have been found in neighboring areas since then.  The Portland Audubon says their deaths appear to be consistent with poisoning.
