(Portland, OR)  --  One man is dead following a shooting in Northwest Portland.  Police say the shooting happened last night in the 200 block of Northwest 8th Avenue.  Responding officers found one gunshot victim and took him to a hospital, where he died.  Police are still searching for a suspect.
