(Portland, OR)  --  Two people are facing charges in connection to an assault in Fairview.  Police responded to the Fairview Oaks Apartments just after midnight after someone called 9-1-1 saying they'd been attacked.  The victim told police the suspects fled on foot after the attack and at least one of them had a gun.  Police tracked the suspects down and arrested them nearby.
