(Portland, OR)  --  A longtime Portland resident is celebrating a milestone.  Ruth Mitchell turned 103-years-old yesterday.  Mitchell tells KATU she moved to Portland in the 1940s and even lived in the Rose Quarter before the coliseum was built.  Mitchell says she's still in great health.  She still has all her teeth, doesn't need glasses and even still drives a car.
