(Portland, OR)  --  Police in Salem say they've arrested a teenage girl following a high-speed chase in a stolen car.  Marion County Sheriff's officials say officers tried to pull over the 17-year-old girl yesterday near Felina and Hawthorne after noticing she was driving a stolen vehicle.  The girl allegedly took off, eventually crashing into a telephone pole near Silverton Road Northeast.  Police arrested her.
