Police Working To ID Body Pulled From Willamette River

(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of a body in the Willamette River.  The Multnomah County Medical Examiner's Office says it's still trying to identify the man, whose body was pulled from the river Friday.  Police say he appears to be a black man in his 30s or 40s, standing six-feet tall and weighing 186 pounds.  Police add he has several tattoos including a teddy bear on his right upper arm, a vampire tattoo on his left upper arm and two wing tattoos on his inner forearms.
