(Portland, OR)  --  Two people are facing charges following an armed robbery at a Northeast Portland bar.  Police say the suspects entered the Rounders Bar and Lotto on Northeast Halsey street Saturday night with guns and demanded money.  Police arrested the two following a brief car chase.
