(Portland, OR)  --  An arson investigation is under way into a fire at a vacant house in Longview, Washington.  Firefighters responded to the house on Baltimore Street early Saturday morning to find flames reaching from the first floor to the roof.  Investigators say the house had been vacant for about a year.  No injuries were reported.
