(Portland, OR)  --  A 17-year-old boy is facing charges in connection to the shooting of another teenager in the Bethany neighborhood.  Police arrested Jeffrey Terrell of Springfield yesterday on charges of attempted murder and first-degree assault.  He's accused of shooting a 16-year-old boy inside a Bethany home last week.  The victim is recovering from his injuries.
