(Portland, OR)  --  Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a one-thousand-dollar reward for information about a Woodburn mother who's been missing since July.  Police say 26-year-old Cynthia Martinez was last seen July 16th leaving Tequila Nights Bar and Grill in Keizer with two men.  Investigators have named Jaime Alvarez Olivera as a person of interest and are currently seeking him for questioning.
