(Portland, OR)  --  Charges are being upgraded for a man accused in a Vancouver convenience store stabbing following the death of his alleged victim.  Charson Lotius is now facing murder charges for allegedly stabbing Lukas Pison in the head and killing him early Sunday at the AM/PM on Northeast Andresen Road.  Pison died from his injuries in a hospital Monday.
