(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing more than four decades behind bars for the stabbing death of his girlfriend's three-year-old son.  A judge has sentenced Ricardo Gutierrez to 45 years in prison for the death of Jose "Pepe" Castillo-Cisneros in May of 2016.  Gutierrez told police he got angry after the boy started crying but that he doesn't remember attacking him, saying he suffers from rage blackouts.
