(Portland, OR)  --  A man is in police custody following an hours-long standoff in Northeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says their gang enforcement team was attempting to arrest the man last night when he entered a home in the Vernon neighborhood and refused to come out.  Police finally arrested the suspect after more than three hours.
