(Portland, OR)  --  Some Meals on Wheels recipients got a sweet treat for Valentine's Day, courtesy of some local Girl Scouts.  The scouts spent some time Tuesday loading up a truck with more than eight-thousand boxes of Girl Scout cookies.  The boxes were donated by community members as part of the Scouts' "Gift of Caring" program.
