(Corvallis, OR)  --  An Oregon State University student charged with hate crimes is being allowed back on campus.  The "Gazette-Times" reports that a Benton County judge cleared the way this week for Andrew Oswalt to return.  The judge says he has to follow the terms set by the college.  The 27-year-old is a graduate student who was accused of putting racist stickers on the cars of people who belong to the anti-racist group, Showing Up for Racial Justice.
