(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported in a shooting that put Legacy Emanuel Medical Center on partial lockdown.  The shooting happened yesterday afternoon in a parking lot near the hospital on North Gantenbein Avenue.  Police say the suspect fled the scene after the shooting.  An investigation is ongoing.
