(Portland, OR)  --  City officials are reminding drivers not to abandon their cars in the snow.  The city issued a warning yesterday, saying drivers who leave their cars on the side of the road could be ticketed or towed.  City officials say doing so can block the passage of snow plows and emergency responders.
