Court Documents: Salem Teen Shot Over Gang Graffiti

(Salem, OR)  --  Court documents are shedding new light on the deadly shooting of a teenage boy in Salem.  Prosecutors say 36-year-old Pedro Segura shot and killed 17-year-old Alfredo "Junior" Hernandez last month during an argument over graffiti between two gangs.  Police arrested Segura February 8th for the shooting on January 22nd at the Columbia Village apartments on Fisher Road Northeast.
