(Portland, OR)  --  The city of Portland is looking into legal action against opioid companies.  City councilors voted unanimously yesterday to allow the City Attorney to file a lawsuit against opioid manufacturers and distributors.  Mayor Ted Wheeler says the lawsuit could help Portland recoup some of the money lost in the ongoing fight against the opioid crisis.
