(Portland, OR)  --  A Corvallis teenager who reported receiving a threat on social media is now facing charges of fabricating that threat.  This, after police say they determined the 14-year-old girl sent out the threat herself.  Police arrested the girl yesterday after reporting to Linus Pauling Middle School to investigate the threat.  She's charged with initiating a false report and disorderly conduct.
