(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a man caught on camera slashing tires in Oak Grove.  Police say surveillance footage shows the man slashing tires on three cars at an Oak Grove home yesterday morning.  Resident Don Smith tells KATU it's not the first time someone has slashed his tires and that similar crimes at his home have been escalating for a couple of months.
