(Portland, OR)  --  A delivery driver is dead after becoming pinned by her own car while applying salt to an icy road in Astoria.  Police say Debra Kay Burnett was trying to drive up a hill on 12th Street near Kensington yesterday morning, but the car was sliding due to ice.  When she got out of her car to salt the road, her car rolled on top of her and pinned her to the ground.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.
