(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is injured after being hit by a hit-and-run driver in Vancouver.  Police say Amanda Yocham was in the crosswalk at Northeast 112th Avenue and 49th Street last week when a driver ran a red light and crashed into her.  The driver allegedly kept going after hitting Yocham, who suffered a broken arm in the crash.
