(Portland, OR)  --  A Vancouver man is facing a charge of domestic violence felony harassment after allegedly threatening to stab his girlfriend to death.  Police arrested Veniamin Inokentyevich Zimin yesterday following a brief standoff at a home on Northeast 69th Street.  Police responded to the home after his girlfriend called 9-1-1 saying he was threatening to kill her and that she was hiding in a bedroom.
