(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing several charges after allegedly being caught prowling cars in Northwest Portland.  Police say they arrested 25-year-old Steven Jones yesterday after seeing him trying to open car doors near the intersection of Northwest 24th Avenue and Wilson Street.  Police say they also found a handgun in his pocket, along with a knife, some meth and more than a pound of marijuana.
