(Portland, OR)  --  The Hillsboro School District is reversing a ban on birth control and condoms at its student health center.  School board members voted earlier this week to overturn the contraceptives ban enacted two years ago.  The move means students will now have access to condoms and birth control at the district health center located on Century High School's campus.
