(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is under way into a ruptured natural gas line main that prompted evacuations in Dallas.  Police say thousands of people lost power yesterday afternoon after the line main ruptured near Main and Ash streets.  Fire officials say the rupture was caused by a blown transformer and an arcing power line.  Investigators are looking into what caused the transformer to blow.
