(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is facing several charges on accusations he sexually assaulted two young girls he was babysitting.  Police arrested 23-year-old Zachary Turner Tuesday.  He's accused of assaulting the two sisters multiple times starting when they were two- and five-years-old.  Police say he was 15-years-old when he started babysitting the girls.
