(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly robbing a Plaid Pantry market at knifepoint.  Police arrested 39-year-old Phillip Mawhiney on Friday night in the Woodstock neighborhood.  Police say he entered the Plaid Pantry on Southeast Woodstock Boulevard Friday night with a knife and demanded money.  Police tracked him down on Southeast Stanley Place and arrested him.
